Everyone in first period will need to write a daily blog entry that details what he or she has done that day. Well, what he or she has done on the Be-A-Wulf Project! I don't really need to know what else you've done with your day.
Your daily blogs will part of your individual grade for this project. Be sure to blog daily as LATE blogs will most definately pull down your grade.
You can also use the blog as a place to ask questions of the class or to direct your fellow classmates to things/sites/information that may be helpful to them on their projects.

Today in class we talked about our plans for the project. We all mostly had the same idea but they were all different. I know they will all be interesting films I cant wait to see.I also today some how I am going to have to do the story board. I hope we can get it done
ReplyDeleteToday in class, we talked about our plans for the beowoulf project. Our group has a vision of what we are going to do, filiming wise, but we dont if it would all come together. I hope it does though. Also, i need to figure out how we can make ancient times meet new america in our film.

ReplyDeleteMy group and I presented our idea for the Beowulf movie project to the class today. We got a lot of great comments and questions. I'm just a little worried about the productivity level of the group right now. Hopefully this will change very soon. I found a great template for the storyboard that is due tomorrow. I'll include the link at the end. Because of the discussion with the class today, we have thought of some revisions to our storyboard and script. I'm really excited to get started on editing the video because I just got Sony Vegas editing program over the summer.

ReplyDeleteIn class we talked about our ideas to compare the life of a modern day teenager to a geat back in the days of Beowulf. We came up with really good ideas and i am looking forward to making this project, it should be really fun.

Good morning bloggers. Today, we're finishing up our storyboards. Along the way, we collaborated on whats going to be on our film, scene by scene. I'm very anxious on what the outcome of our idea will turn out. Also, we're planning on doing the annotated script today, whenever we don't have a class period.

ReplyDeleteMy group and I finished the storyboard, got a list of props going, and began writing the script. The script writing is my favorite part because I love writing scripts for all kinds of things.

ReplyDeleteToday was a pretty cool day. I got there a little late but when i got there we stated working on our story board. At the end of the period Mrs. B looked over. The script is due tommorrow and so is the essay. I and pray I or we can get it all done.
ReplyDeleteToday is a gloomy day because its raining. In english class we worked on the script for the project. Maritza worked on it a little last night and me and Ivan aren adding details to it. It's going to be a long day.

ReplyDeleteFriday, i finished typing up the rest of my essay on how my life is related to Beowulfs. After that, me and my group are planning on when we are going to start filming and we decided that we are going to do it Monday. This weekend has been going pretty well. I hung out with my friends and celebrated my bro Brandon's birthday yesterday. At the same time, i'm also prepping myself for Monday.

Friday, we reviewed over our script and made sure we had everything ready for the day of the filming. Monday; Me, Aaron, Ricky, and DeAndre started filming over our first scene. We also discussed which days will be working on the rest of the scenes. Todday, We dicussed everything needed for the project and made sure we had everything ready for the next day of filming and made sure we had all the costumes etc. :)
ReplyDeleteToday in class same ole same ole. But today we finally worked on some of the project me and maritza got some of the filming donethanks to her neighbors. I'm feeling pretty cofident in the film now.
ReplyDeleteToday in class, we read Beowulf from the big green textbook. I like reading Beowulf from the textbook better than the graphic novel version because it's more detail and it explains, in depth, what happens between the characters and the story as well. About the project, me and my group are filming the rest of it tomorrow starting 7th period. Since Ricky and I don't have a class 7th period, we are going to meet upstairs and get busy on our parts in school and then after that, we will wait for Lorena and Aron to get out of 7th period so we can finish filming the rest of it.

Tuesday: we didnt do anything agin...but i helped jessica and eric and kym with thier project the needed me to do a scene for them so i decided to be nice and helped them
and today (wensday) me and murchelle finnaly started on the recording...thanks to my wonderfull nieghbors (like murchlle said) and we recorded the first half i kind put it together already so our class can view it tommrow. so im pretty excited to see wht me and ivan are going to do tommrow so we can finnaly finish the whole thing...
Today, we looked at Maritzas video. After school me and my group stayed after school to film the 2nd part of the movie.
